Group Practice 团练 - 3 inhales per minute!

Have you observe your breathe lately ???
Have you observe how many breathe did you take within a minute ???

According to Wikipedia,
Respiratory minute volume (or minute ventilation, or flow of gas) is the volume of air which can be inhaled (inhaled minute volume) or exhaled (exhaled minute volume) from a person's lungs in one minute. This is normally registered when a person has a ventilator supporting the person's breathing due to a sickness or injury. A normal minute volume is about 5–8 liters per minute in humans.

Today's group practice , we did a slow and long breathing lead by teacher. 3 inhales in one minute! slow and steady!

Attached is a diagram that i downloaded from the website. This will give you a better picture of our Lungs and a complete breathing methods.

JGD. nite!

see you tomorrow! :-)
