The Art of Living Alor Setar thrives under the loving guidance of our Teacher, Hwa Seng and the charismatic lead of our Chairlady, Lay Choon.
After the establishment of our Art of Living Centre Alor Setar in September, 2008, we have conducted numerous Part I Courses and within the short span of 2 years, more than 532 people have benefited from the Sudarshan Kriya (the powerful breathing technique).
We also conduct Sri Sri Yoga classes on a regular basis, and our Yoga group practice is slowly expanding as more and more Yoga enthusiasts are joining our practice.
We also regularly organise courses such as The Art of Silence (Advance Part II course), Sahaj Samadhi (meditation course), YES course for teens, School Service Projects and lots of other fun-filled activities for Art of Living members as well as members of the public

我们也时常举办诗丽.诗丽瑜伽课程(Sri Sri Yoga),瑜伽团练在越来越多热衷于瑜伽练习者的支持下日益扩展。
我们也时常举办各类有意身心健康的课程如宁静的艺术(高级课程)、自然三摩地静心课程、青少年课程、学校服务方案和其他一系列精彩的活动,供生活的艺术团员以及公众人士。

Founded in 1982 by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, The Art of Living is a not-for-profit, educational, and humanitarian NGO engaged in stress-management and service initiatives. The organization operates globally in more than 160 countries.
The organization's activities are guided by Sri Sri’s philosophy of peace: “Unless we have a stress-free mind and a violence-free society, we cannot achieve world peace.” To help individuals get rid of stress and experience inner peace, The Art of Living offers stress-elimination programs which include breathing techniques, meditation and yoga. These programs have helped millions around the world to overcome stress, depression, and violent tendencies.
