After our entertaining Satsang, our teacher suggested that we skip the knowledge session and go visit our stall at the Pekan Cina Chinese New Year Carnival. Upon hearing this, it started raining cats and dogs and we ended up listening to this week's knowledge, the 4th chapter of Patanjali Yoga Sutras, uninterrupted! When it was time for us to go home, it was merely drizzling.
During group practice, teacher started sharing beautiful knowledge from the Yogasara Upanishad as our dessert after our weekly knowledge readings!The Yogasara Upanishad shall be revealed bit by bit every week during group practice.

很棒的唱场之后，老师建议不用听知识，到唐人街嘉年华会去探望我们的档口。不过老天似乎已另有安排，下起了一场很大的雨，结果大家还是乖乖儿的听完了瑜伽经典的第四集。回家时，只是下着毛毛雨。
团练时 ，老师在知识阅读会之后开始和大家分享奥义书(The Yogasara Upanishad)里深奥却易懂的知识。奥义书里的奥秘将会在每周团练一点一滴和大家分享。
